Construction Opportunities:

Each bid package has a fee of $150.00.  You will be charged for each package selected.    Bid submissions will be returned via Submittable.  Plan Holders for each bid package will receive the submission link to return completed bid packages prior to the day of bid.   All email notifications will come from Submittable including all the project, bid documents, and addendums.  Please note that emails can only be sent to the Submittable account holder.  

Professional/Engineering/Architectural Opportunities:

There is no fee for submitting.  All submissions must be a single PDF document.

A pre-bid conference will be held at 9:00 a.m., on March 20, 2024 at Allegheny County Airport, 12 Allegheny County Airport West Mifflin, PA 15122.   A site visit will follow the pre-bid conference.
